Housing in Maadi or Nasr City (Cairo)

Hi,

I'm interested in study at the Fajr Center but can't decide on whether to study at the Maadi or Nasr City location. It would be short term for only 3 months starting at the end of September. I am leaning towards Maadi because apartments seem to be nicer and easier to find (also seems safer from what I hear). If you are looking for a roomate (pref. girls), please contact me! Otherwise, any other advice would be great! Thanks.
