Indonesian Bazaar on Sept 12th, in Nasr City (Cairo)

Just thought I'd let everybody know about this event and the ladies who are organising it. They make wonderful Indonesian food, and also tofu and tempeh which you can cook yourself. They're on Facebook if you'd like to take a look at their menu.

Indonesian community in Cairo will make a Bazaar on Saturday (September 12th) at Wisma Indonesia (Indonesian House) in Nasr City from 11. Protected content . It's open for public. And Mums Kitchen will be there too .. and we'll sell:
- Nasi Uduk package (rice cooked in coconut milk + fried chicken Indonesian style (optional) + kering tempe kacang + stir
fry green beans + sambal + crackers)
- Nasi Liwet package (steamed rice + tofu/egg in coconut milk + sambel goreng ati kentang + fried tofu/tempeh (optional) + sambal + crackers)
- Es Cendol (rice flour jelly in coconut milk and palm sugar)
- Es Melon (melon pieces in syrup water)
