Linen Please (Cairo)

I am very petite and have great difficulty in buying clothes here in Egypt as majority of clothing is made for the larger lady, normally I would buy my summer clothes back in the UK but as I am not going this year I am thinking about having some made. Please can anyone let me know where I can buy Linen/cotton and have some trousers made and not too expensive.
