Miss behaviour (Cairo)

Well,
It was my last night in Cairo and I saw this notification at 9.3pm. Thought I missed a great opportunity to meet expats here. But guess what, I reached at venue around 11 and people were dancing still, and all of sudden a guy one of the members, started hitting a lady called Jenneth (that's what she told me her name) one slap, two and three...... It was ridiculous to see that at the same time embarrassing. Bar tender asked me are you from Internations as I asked five minutes ago to him about the group and I had to reply him with a big NO..... Shame on Internations Cairo man, how could you guys can allow such things, you guys are representing a family called INTERNATIONS which has a reputation which is earned. .
