Moving to Cairo from Ireland

Hi all,
I'm delighted to join you! I'm looking for some advice. I'm Irish, and living in Ireland at the moment, but planning to move to Egypt soon. Im doing the CELTA course for teaching english in Dublin in April/May this year and I already have a BSC and I'm halfway through my MA (I'm deferring it for a year or 2 so I can go to Egypt!) Any advice on work permits, jobs etc? I was told its best to get a job first then go to Cairo with a work visa, I had thought I could just go on a tourist visa then find work there and apply for a work visa then. Any info anyone can help me with will be very much appreciated!! Thank you!
