Moving to Rehab. HELP (Cairo)

Hi guys.
I am moving from London to Rehab for about a year to study arabic. I was wondering if you guys could recommend any good arabic schools.
I was also wondering what the easiest way to find accommodation is whilst I'm still in London, so I have somewhere to move into straight away?
Any advise would be appreciated :)
