NO SHOW Policy at InterNations Events in Cairo

Our dear members of IN (InterNations) community in Cairo,

We will start adapting a NO SHOW policy for members who register to our events and do not actually participate.
The NO SHOW percentage has been too high recently Protected content 50%), this is causing planning issue between the location and the organizers of the events, and loss of money.

NO SHOW fee will 50 EGP or 50% of the event fee (whichever is higher). Payable at the next event the member will participate.

Cumulative NO SHOW can also result in freezing memberships.

As Ambassadors, we appreciate your commitment when you register to any event, if any member changes his/her mind in attending IN events, we appreciate updating your registration on the event at least one day prior to the event date.

Also kindly note that as per IN policy, members attending events without registration will pay the usual fees but do not receive the welcoming drink.
