Hi everybody, I am moving back to the US mid December, and I have to let go my well known profitable cafe in zamalek. It's well known since 15 years for those who live in the area. It has a strong customer base, some of them are celebrities. The BBC was shooting here couple of months ago. it has a consistent monthly earning of 7, Protected content US dollars even during the worst days (around 60K-90K Egyptian pounds), monthly expenses including the rent around 2,400 US dollar, leaving you with a monthly net profit of over Protected content dollar every month. Never a single bad month. I recently renovated the place (8 months ago), it cost me close to 100,000 US dollars . I was planning to stay in Egypt by then. it still have 7 years in the rent at an extremely low rate. Wanted price for taking over is 50,000 US dollars non negotiable.
