being new to Cairo and Egyptian business (recruiting) practices I was wondering if anyone can give some piece of advise on how to efffectively recruit German-speaking staff those days!? Of course, we do have our own HR & are already working with 2 external agencies. Nevertheless, the quality of applicants is not satisfactory at the moment as we get a lot of people who do not really speak German. Anyone any ideas on how to improve? I am happy to hear from you.
