Rodent exterminators - Maadi? (Cairo)

All,

My sister and brother-in-law are having a mouse problem in their 9th floor apartment in Maadi. It's near Tora prison so there's a lot of wide open space for these little creatures to roam around.

Anyway - I wanted to find out if there were any exterminators people knew of that used better, more health- and Earth-friendly chemicals/techniques.

Any help would be great!
