Search for volunteer work for a week in Europe (Cairo)

Hi every body!
Next 1st of May ill be 30 and i wanna to celebrate my birthday in a different way.
So i'm searching for a Volunteer work for a week in Europe cause ill be in Europe at that time for the Easter Holiday.
I found A lot of programs but at least for two weeks.
So if any one has any Idea, please help me.
Volunteer work (any activity but not teaching English)/ one week before first of may (my birthday)/ not very expensive/ not in the UK.
