small dogs (Cairo)

Hi, I recently moved to Cairo and brought my 2 small dogs with me. I have found a lot of people that have dogs but unfortunately most of them are big and very aggressive. Does anybody else have small dogs? how do you find socializing them? Where do you take them to play with other dogs? Any help would be appreciated.
