Soon moving to Egypt (Cairo)

Has anyone got any tips for a woman moving to Cairo? I would like to know how other people settled in and if they have any tips to help me do the same. I am looking forward to the move but, at the same time, I have a little trepidation too.
Any tips would be very welcome indeed.
