Squash or tennis anyone? (Cairo)

I am looking for a social night type of club for squash or tennis - does anyone have any recommendations? I live in Heliopolis but happy to go to Zamalek etc for a good game. I am a reasonably good standard at both but can't really afford the huge membership fees at the Heliopolis and Gezira Sporting Clubs.
