Toast (Cairo)

Help!!
Can someone help me and my daughters who have a love of hot buttered toast!?
Where to buy decent toasting bread?
I have tried a couple of breads here and there since coming to Egypt but none of them so far make good toast. And apart from making it myself (which I would love to do but don't have the time) I don't know where to go.
And Toast is one of my vices in life. I can make do with the french salted butter (it isn't Country Life - but Hobsons choice it is) - but the bread. Yuck! Yuck! so far.
Or am I destined to go home to the U.K. on vacation and stuff myself silly??
If anyone out there can help - please let me know.
