Upta Yoga (pre-yoga) Ramadan adjusted International Day of Yoga Protected content

This event is for people who not done yoga before and are not flexible yet. The presentation and experience will be “Upta Yoga”, a pre-yoga.
The format is a video presentation. Sadhguru of Isha Foundation will explain background and general idea of yoga. Then followed by demonstrations (around 3 minutes each) and light practises for initial experience of around 5 – 10 minutes each of

I will be present to introduce with a few words what my personal experience is and at the end will be there to be answering any questions people have on yoga and the various aspects of it. Total time of the event approx 90 minutes.
Attendees should be wearing comfortable cloths in order to be able to sit comfortably in a crossed legged position on the floor. For those who will be more comfortable on a chair, we will also provide those.
