Volleyball or other sports (Cairo)

Does anyone know of any open-gyms or sports teams that meet regularly for women's or co-ed games?
Volleyball is my jam so that would be particularly wonderful but I also play soccer and basketball so I'd be down for those as well if possible.

(ps I'm in garden city so preference for something nearby!)
