Which car I should purchase? (Cairo)

Dear All,

I am to relocate to Cairo in 2 months time and I have a limited budget to buy a car. I will try to get a house near my work place but I don't know how long I can live without a car.

So please advise me what year and model of car I should buy with my limited budget ($7. Protected content for me to enjoy (Driving, Maintenance etc...) and easily sell when I want to upgrade.
