Why do only Egypt men seek meeting on Expat site? (Cairo)

I came onto an Expat site to attempt to meet Expats. Now I've got twinkles from a bunch of men and contacts trying to be made. If I wanted that I could just go stand on any street corner in 10th of Ramadan. Since I', married to an Egyptian, you'd think an Egyptian man would know what that means. Any women expats in 10th of Ramadan?
