Any horse whisperer out there? (Calcutta)

Hey guys I am with a group called wiser Kolkata and currently we r trying to do our best to help the abused horses by the maidan..we feed them every Saturday....the condition they are in can bring tears in anyone's eyes...most of them are underfed and in terrible health..and also often ill-treated in the name of training...we r looking for someone with experience in horse riding/horse training and knowledge of horse psychology so we could conduct seminars and show the incompetent trainers how the poor animals could be trained without physical abuse...we r also looking to get a vet to see them at regular intervals...any help would be great
