Living wage? (Cambridge)

Hello,
My husband and I are moving to Cambridge in the fall when he begins he PhD. I am in the process of looking for work and I'm wondering what salaries would be sufficient to cover our living expenses. I know it would be on the low end, but I've currently applied for a job that pays 23,000 GBP annually. Would that cover our basic necessities? Thankfully it is only part time so I could look for other work if need be. Just wondering what I need to be looking for, especially since I will be the primary income provider for the time being.
