The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress quickly to a country management role in the future.
The Sales Executive will have at least one years experience and be responsible for driving sales in the fields of:
Bespoke desktop application development
Bespoke mobile application development
Bespoke web site development
Support and direction will be provided but the position requires a pro-active approach to targeting potential clients from initial contact through to sale.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements
Acting as a contact between the company and its potential markets
Working with the offshore development team to provide customers with quotations
Presenting the product or service in a clear and structured professional way
Creating detailed proposal documents
Gathering market and customer information
Recording sales and order information and entering data into CRM
Feeding future buying trends and opportunities back to the management team
Education and Skills required:
Educated to degree level
A background in sales and marketing
The ability and desire to sell
Exceptional Account Management skills
The ability to establish strong relationships
Good Communications and excellent People skills
Microsoft Office with intermediate PowerPoint skills
Strong commercial awareness
Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
· Must have sold software solutions, ideally within a field sales environment
· Must offer a consultative sales approach and be happy working with the client to fully understand their requirements and selling accordingly.
· Must have a good knowledge of software solutions, ideally with a technical background, covering development, presales or analysis.
We are offering a salary of Protected content p.a. + generous performance based bonus
