Educatius International is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Latin America. The ideal candidate is highly energetic & motivated, has a strong work ethic, is enthusiastic about finding new prospects & closing sales & has an interest in international educational exchange. This position is a non-management sales position working out of a home office. It requires frequent travel within region and occasional travel outside assigned region.
The Sales Coordinator’s task is to grow sales within assigned sales region while also creating a stronger market presence and promoting the cultural exchange experience.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
Assist and develop agent support, specifically for high school, boarding schools, and college programs in the US.
Develop and direct sales support strategies with sales management in regards to day to day business.
Establish an appropriate sales cycle to ensure that all accounts are visited with appropriate frequency and are supported thoroughly.
Set up meetings with agents to deliver program demonstration and explain benefits.
Coordinate sales efforts with other departments involved in providing sales and service to the customer including; Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, and other pertinent departments.
Strong interest in and understanding of cultural exchange industry and experience living and studying abroad a plus.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Analytic and forward looking (cognitive ability).
Goal driven and highly confident.
Able to network to gain potential clients
Able to meet targets and quota
Has a Consultative Sales Approach
Experience in high volume/high price sales would be an asset
Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook required and sales forecasting
College or university diploma/degree preferred
3-5 years’ experience in sales/support; experience
Brazilian nationality a plus
Willing and able to travel up to 50% of work time (occasional travel to USA)
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Experience with sales forecasting tools and CRM solutions
