Getting food (Canberra)

Supermarkets in Canberra have long opening hours. Small suburban supermarkets are usually open 7:30am to 7:30pm 7 days a week. Large supermarkets can be open from 6am to midnight.

Markets.
Fyshwick fresh markets - Wed to Sunday 8am - 5:30pm
Farmer's Markets - Early saturday mornings (8am-11am) at the Exhibition Park in Watson
Belconnen Markets - Wed - Sunday, unsure of hours.

There are also lots of speciality stores and providers, such as Italian, Indian, Polish, German, Lebanese, just ask!
