Moving from Manchester to Canberra

Hi,

We are arriving in Canberra on the 25th July for a 3-week visit to look around before our final relocation in December. We have an 11 Year old child that plays football/soccer for Manchester City and we have secured a trial with Canberra United during our visit. However, we do not know anyone in Canberra and would appreciate any advice on best schools and areas to live in. I will also appreciate any information/ experience regarding children's soccer/futsal and best places. Please do share. Many thanks, Zainab
