Dog and house sitting (Cancún)

Hello everyone!
I would like to know, is there any, a few or a lot of expat in the Merida or Cancun area that would be interested in having someone to house sit your property? Maybe, you'd like to go on a few days trip but can't bring your four paws friend with you and need a safe place for him/her to stay?

I am throwing this out here on the forum to "test" de market and see if it would be a good place for me to do it.
