We have an immediate opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our devoted and enthusiastic team! We moved here almost 4 months ago from Florida, love Cancun and hope to build a great practice with a great team.

As our Patient Care Coordinator you will:
Meet with potential patients and identity the patient's needs.
Explain the process of the procedures in an easy to understand presentation.
Continually promote the benefits of the procedure.
Prospect new patients including respond via phone, email, and personalized letters daily on "leads" and follow up on "no sales".
Be available to take any patient phone calls and emails regarding questions and concerns pre and post-operatively.
Act as patient liaison, providing excellent customer service and facilitating open communication from the initial visit to post-operative visit.
Prepare initial paperwork for processing of surgical patients into scheduling system (Financial agreements, etc).
Other duties as assigned.
Bi-lingual , English, Spanish
Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities.
Expert in need identification, intake and listening skills.
High degree of organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively and work well with others.
Proficient with MS Office.
Inside sales experience is a MUST. Sales skills/experience in Plastic Surgery and/or MedSpa consulting preferred.
