Moving to Cancun from US - but NOT to retire (Cancún)

Hi there! I'm planning to move to Cancun from US towards the end of this year. While most of the blogs I come across are for those planning to retire in Cancun, I'm planning to move here as a 30 year old with my fiance. He's a Mexican citizen currently living in Mexico City. Mexico City is just too big and would be too hard of an adjustment since I do not speak Spanish. I'm having a hard time finding websites to learn more about the area, does anyone have any recommendations? I also need assistance with starting my job search. I am experience in the apparel industry as a Business Analyst as well as catering experience. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
