Business climate in South Africa (Cape Town)

Dear Cape Town InterNations members, I'd really appreciate your advice on where I can find information regarding the business climate in South Africa. I need to understand how open the country is for international companies / investments, tax issues, work permits issues, office and apartments rent rates, the overall lifestyle and standards of living, etc.
