We are looking to hire a customer centric individual who would provide the highest level of Customer Support to European clients via telephonic / live chat and email support.
Your above average English language skills coupled with your native speaking FRENCH language is ESSENTIAL for this role.
• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via email, chat, calls, and social media on a range of issues.
• Ensure more complex customer queries are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
• To maximise customer retention through promotion of various products, activities, bonus offers etc; and proactively develop customer relationships
• Communicating and cooperating with other departments as required;
• Taking an active interest in driving process and quality improvements across the department;
• Fulfilment of other tasks specific to your language community as required;
Salary R14k PLUS Medical Aid contribution on completion of 3 month probationary period
