Fitness Center Recommendations in Cape Town

So Ian and I decided that one thing we'd like to splurge on in Cape Town is a great fitness center. I would like a place that at least has towel service and nice shower & changing areas. Ian is particularly interested in a place with a terrific swimming pool. Being amongst the fairest of the fair myself, I avoid the sun at all costs and prefer indoor swimming pools if I am going to swim. Great customer service, lots of attention and a wide variety of equipment and classes are also what we are looking for. I don't know what area we'll end up living in, but his job will be in...I think it's Rosebank? Well, near the University. A place near the University would work nicely, we think. However, a chain with multiple locations around Cape Town would be welcome as well. Any suggestions?
