This is a very exciting role within in the Yoummday team. Operating on our online platform, we provide excellent services to our local and international clients and their businesses. As a Yoummday freelancer / contractor you work from the comfort of your own home – all you need is a fixed line and PC / Laptop. Yoummday freelancers / contractors are the driving force of the business; hence we ensure that we contract individuals with high-potential allowing them to develop their career and themselves within the business.

We are an international company with offices in Munich, Cape Town and Sofia. We are looking for local South Africans or living in South Africa who can speak German fluently. Working from home offers many opportunities to our employees – the biggest advantage is zero travel time and associated costs.

Job Functions

Contact Centre
Duties will include, but not limited to:
 Processing and taking ownership of all incoming contacts
 Processing pertinent information
 Customer relationship building & management
 Problem solving tasks during shift
 Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
 Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required


Essential Requirements:
 German as home/first or second language essential
