Healthcare Deduction from Salary> (Cape Town)

Hi,
I received a job offer in CPT for R 450,000 but it mentions that I will need to choose my Discovery Healthcare plan and it will be deducted from my salary. It does not mention how much would be deducted. Given that I will need to cover me, my wife and our child; how much is typically deducted?
