Moving to CT (Cape Town)

Dear all,
We are in the prosses moving to CT in couple month from asia. I have 5 years old girl and would like to send her to AISCT. IF she didn't accepted in AISCT, is there any other private school with American curriculum or similar in CT?

I read house helper and driver is still affordable in SA? What is the salary range for them?
Which neighborhood is safe and convenience if our daughter accepted in AISCT? I lean to live in gated community area, with housing allowance $ Protected content , Can I have furnish house/apartment? As we are looking at list 3 BR.
