Possible to travel under a pending visa transfer? (Cape Town)

Hello everyone. I lodged an application last week for a transfer of visa on my new passport (after the old one carrying the visa was stolen). It is just a transfer, my visa is still valid. Can I still travel in and out SA if I carry all the proof documents?
