Streaming Netflix (Cape Town)

I just relocated here from the U.S. Currently, I am living in the Sea Point area. Can someone please tell me which service provider offers the fastest speeds for streaming online television? I am not sure I can live without my Netflix or Hulu! I understand that I need to get a VPN# but this isn't my biggest concern. Getting the speed that I need for streaming seems to be the biggest challenge right now.
