What you’ll be up to:

You will be part of a team that provides high quality professional services to a global network of CEO’s, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Your tasks may include but are not limited to:

•Travel arrangements.
•Online research.
•Email and diary management.
•Managing calls (not an answering service).
•Compiling reports, collecting and analyzing data.
•Creating presentations.
•Preparing written responses to correspondence.
•Managing a property portfolio.
•Helping with HR requirements (writing job adverts, screening CVs etc.).

What We're Looking for in You:

We’re looking for individuals who have a passion for learning, a willingness to work hard and can show the following:

•Well-versed in standard office software: MS Office, Outlook, Google for business, Skype etc. You should be comfortable around technology and willing and able to quickly learn new applications and software.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High attention to detail.
•Extremely strong organisational skills (you should LOVE being organised).
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•Committed to delivering high quality work.
•Strong desire to help people and a positive attitude at all times even when you are feeling grumpy (this is more important than anything else on this page!).
•You should be extremely self-sufficient and able to make decisions on your own. Procrastinators need not apply!

Requirements:

•South Africa Citizenship or Permanent Residency essential.
