Transferring rand out of SA (Cape Town)

Hi all,

I've been working in South Africa for over a year and I'm looking for the best (easiest/cheapest/) way to transfer my rands into Australian dollars? Does anyone have experience with this or does anyone have recommendations for the best way to go about exchanging currency?
