Vacancy - GERMAN speaking Customer Service Agents (Cape Town)

Our client is a market-leader within the international leisure and business travel sectors.
They require 2 x German speaking (FLUENT) Customer Service Agents with some experience in the travel industry.

• SA citizen / work permit
• FLUENT in German (conversational and written skills)
• Matric
• 1 year+ call centre experience
• Knowledge of the travel industry

• Taking inbound calls in a professional manner
• Handling and overcoming objections in a professional and effective manner
• Adhering to targets
• Making outbound calls to an international customer base
• Executing effective sales techniques
• Handling both internal and external email correspondence to and from clients in line with quality standards
• Working towards resolution time periods, quality standards and targets

• Market related

Working Hours:
• Monday – Sunday (rotational shifts)
