Work endorsement on Life Partner Visa (Cape Town)

Hello all,

I already have my life partner visa and just got offered a job today (yay!). Now, could anyone help me figure out which documents need to be submitted to the Home Affairs to add the wor part?
I have heard so many different versions: some say I only need a letter from my partner and the letter of employement, others have told me I need to resubmit everything, while others have told me I only need the letter of employment, as well as police clearance and medical documentation...

Help anyone?
