Last Try - Bringing in a Vehicle (Caracas)

I thought I would try one last time before I give up on this forum. No offense to anyone, but there's just not any information to be found here.

I would appreciate any information at all that anyone has had with respect to getting a vehicle into the country from another central/south American country. Were there any major delays in customs or outrageous fees or storage costs?
