Valencia Venezuela (Caracas)

Hello everyone...I am a 37-year old, single, American woman who has been offered a position in Valencia, Venezuela (it is a very good offer and a key position within my company, which is why I am considering it - a great career move). Does anyone on this forum know anything about the area, how easy it would be to meet friends, etc.? I am very much a 'people' person and my biggest fear is that I will have have a limited social life...
