Customer Consultant (Casablanca)

Hello Everbody,
We are looking for customer consultant with the languages below:
- french + english
- french + german or english + german
- french + spanish or english + spanish

As a customer consultant you will be working 40 hours per week in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. You are also intermediary between customers and the hotel.

You will be in charged of:
- Pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and email.
- Modification and cancellation existing reservations
- Arranging special request
- Complaints solving between guests and hotel

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, excellent commercial selling skills, problem solving, sense of responsibility and customer friendly.

You must be:
- 1 year experience in hotel industry or customer service otel industry,
- Fluent both written and speaking language
- Available Immediately
