Prestigia.com is looking for a Reservation Agent
You will be, through high use of emails and calls, responsible for handling pre and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. As an intermediary between customers and the hotel, you will be in charge of:
- Pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and email.
- Modification, confirmation and cancellation of existing reservations
- Arranging special request
- Complaints solving between guests and hotel
We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, problem solving, sense of responsibility and customer friendly.
You must be:
- Experienced hotel industry,
- Excellent business skills
- Experienced ideally within a Hotel/Travel environment,
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Fluent English & Spanish or English & Italian (written and spoken)
