Good place to buy an iPad (Casablanca)

Hello, I'm coming to Casablanca on Tuesday for an all-day layover. I need to bring a friend an iPad, but he has only Protected content to spend. I know you can get an old one for around that price in the US and Europe, but is there any place that you could possibly get one for that price or close to it in Casablanca, or is that a completely unrealistic amount to spend? Thanks.
