Learn Arabic or French? (Casablanca)

Hi there,...hope u can advice...we r planning a move to casa in the next Protected content , my partner is maroccan, I speak German and English and would hope I can join the maroccan as well as the international community than. Would u think it's better to learn Arabic or French?
