Running routes near Maarif? (Casablanca)

Hi,

Does anyone know of some good places to go running near Maarif? I see that a lot of people go to La Corniche but that's a bit far for me.

I walked past the Stade Mohamed V yesterday and there appears to be some tennis courts available for public access... does anyone know if there are facilities in that recreation complex for running?
