Job Opening for : Business Development Telesales (BDT)
R&M Telemarketing is a strategic sales partner helping businesses to grow across UK. We are the first B2B Telesales operation company based in Morocco working with Cost Killer firms in UK to help them grow their business within a competitive and high demanding market. We are looking for a highly capable individual to join our Business Development Team (BD).
This is a key role within BD, dedicated to the Marketing Sales Channel. We need someone to persistently and persuasively convert our leads into appointments for our Sales colleagues (Business Analysts (BAs)). Not simply great at talking on the phone but also a brilliant listener too. To become a member of our friendly BD Team, you will need to have a passion for people as you’ll make calls to all kinds of people. If you’ve got those skills, plus the ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes, you’ll help us build unique relationships that really last. Previous experience isn’t essential. It’s all about attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leaving prospective customers with a professional impression
Working in a systematic way with structured schedules and targets;
Reach targets for numbers of conversations as agreed with management team
Calling prospective customers in a contacts database to arrange appointments for our Business Analysts;
Ensuring all opportunities are followed up sufficiently to maximise conversion rate;
Screening contacts over the phone to assess their suitability for a meeting;
Communicating appointments to management team;
Improving telesales using feedback from the management team and BAs;
Communicating suggestions for process improvement to the management team;
Reporting success rates and other metrics to the management team; and
Scaling up the telesales function in line with R&M Telemarketing’s channel targets.
