what's it like to live in Casablanca?

Hello, I am in Turkey and interested in a school to work for in the Oasis neighborhood, Casablanca. I have no idea what it would be like to live there: housing, french lessons, public transport, safety, surviving with English only, Christian churches, travel to europe. . . to name a few! I appreciate anyone's feedback.
