Moving with kids (Cayman Islands)

Hi,

My wife and I are considering making a long-term move to Cayman from Canada. She's a teacher and I'm in the Wealth Management field. I've read an abundance of information about individuals and couples making the move, but there seems to be very little that I can find with respect to making the transition with kids.

Can anyone that has had the experience give me the pros and cons of making such a move. eg. going from a public system to a private system, daycare, extra curricular activities, keeping in touch with extended family, and anything else that I may have overlooked.
